WHAT TO EXPECTReporting to the General Manager, the Director of Information Technology and Continuous Improvement is responsible for implementing initiatives to maximize value while minimizing waste within our manufacturing organization.To achieve these objectives, you'll need to use your leadership, creativity, innovation and analytical skills to put forward an IT strategy that will support the company in its digital transformation.Through your leadership, you will mobilize your employees so that they can develop in a stimulating environment and reach their full potential.Participate and collaborate as a member of the subsidiary's management committee in the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan.
Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
Train, motivate and continuously evaluate team members in order to maintain an optimal level of commitment and performance, and act as a coach in the process of developing team members' skills.
Support and advise the subsidiary's various departments in analyzing their needs, recommending solutions and technological orientations, and ensuring their integration.
Coordinate teams to guarantee effective operational support for the entire organization, and steer towards the technological avant-garde to stimulate the achievement of business objectives and the continuous improvement of operational processes.

ProfileWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR1st cycle university degree in software engineering or a diploma in information technology or computer science
At least 8 to 10 years' experience in operations management systems (ERP), digital transformation, information technology and automation, including at least five years as a team manager
Solid knowledge of technology infrastructure management and operation, IT security, information systems, industrial control systems, etc.
Demonstrate visionary and strategic skills, capable of grasping both the big picture and operational issues.
Ability to optimize the company's business processes (workshops, mapping, targeting opportunities, automation, etc.).
High tolerance for stress and ambiguity
Organized, autonomous, analytical and able to synthesize information
