Your role will be to facilitate continued development of the company, supported by a sustainable and recurrent business.You will be responsible for the management of the company in line with the Group strategy- Management:o Provide company-wide leadership to maximize the potential of the company and individuals and cultivate a positive company cultureo Promote the development of key performance goals to monitor the performance of the businesso Report back to a strategy and communicate the results to the teams.o Take accountability and responsibility for all operational aspects of the business including health, safety, quality systems and environmental matterso Address issues raised by the board and ensure the company follows the Group procedureso Review tenders identified as “sensitive” based on Group procedureso Provide direct management to senior managers in the business unito Promote policies and processes- Business:o Provide direction in the creation and implementation of strategies designed to grow the businesso Maintain existing key client relationships and new ones in line with the strategyo Develop new markets, new clients and new areaso Prepare and manage company budgets and maintain overall responsibility for successful budgetingo Submit monthly financial/company results reports to the SIXENSE Group management.o Representative of the Group for key clients, suppliers, partners for business developmentProfileREQUIRED SKILLS:We are seeking proven experiences in high-level management (P&L, teams, contracts, clients, safety, …).
