Title: Customer Service / Data Entry

Industry: TransportationOur client in Dorval in transport industry is currently looking for a customer service representative with transport knowledge. This person will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with customers and tracking shipments. Answer customer questions by phone
Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
Schedule pickup
Enter orders in the system, data entry processes
Follow up on customer inquiries and handle problems
Create labels if needed for tracking purposes
Search for lost packages
Other related tasksQualifications
Impeccable customer service
Knowledge of transport in general
Bilingual (English and French)
Experience in problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Autonomous, resourceful
