- Identify as well as develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities for cross-border operations. This includes preparing & review tax reorganizations and reviewing tax returns
- Lead US Tax engagements for partnership, trust, and corporate clients
- Build positive working relationships with clients
- Participate in business development initiatives including identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis
- Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of your team

- You have completed your Canadian or US CPA designation
- You have 5 years’ experience in public accounting with experience supporting US Tax clients
- You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate and trust tax planning, and compliance
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and French
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
- You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
