- Provide support to the Corporate Administrator and Quality Management Lead with the transition of controlled documents to Sharepoint.
- Provide general reception assistance during vacation season for corporate office.
- Update controlled documents and forms, merging English and French versions.
- Develop and update fillable forms in word and pdf format.
- Upload controlled documents to a new SharePoint Platform.
- Assist with development of training materials to educate employees on using SharePoint for controlled documents.
- Assist with training and provide support to employees during the transition to SharePoint.
- College Degree in administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in administration.
- Computer literate; excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
