- Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demand
- Managing monthly allocation vs. schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the district
- Identify top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areas
- Review dealer financial statements regarding working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealer's ability to operate properly and promote retail
- Acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs
- Ensuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement
- Motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training
- Working with dealer on current programs in sales & aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundown
- Maximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in their area of responsibility
- Supporting dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetration
- Working with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale business
- Challenging status-quo, discovering and championing best practice benchmarking, process improvement
- Developing and raising the technical expertise and competency in the dealership
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields
- Must reside in Windsor, Ontario
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Master's Degree
- Sales experience, prefer automotive related
- Bilingual (French/English)
