Joining as an Account Manager, you'll lead the dynamic expansion of our innovative flavoured tap platform. This role is field based, requiring extensive travel across the UK, with a focus on influencing stakeholders, driving sales, and establishing our market presence. Your efforts will contribute to our mission of reinventing water for good and achieving significant growth for Britvic PLC.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for scaling the flavoured tap platform, targeting primarily workplace settings through and via contract caterers.
  • Forecast and manage P&L, ensuring effective credit management and profitability of client base.
  • Act as the primary ambassador for the product, representing it at key internal and external meetings and events, and embodying the brand ethos.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales channels, fostering relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and negotiate pricing frameworks to support maximum growth and profitability, leveraging expertise in complex sales models, discount structures and rebates.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: * Proven track record in customer engagement and successfully scaling new products within reputable sales organizations.
  • Experience in the workplace market, with a focus on selling into contract caterers, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and achieve results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • While a degree or equivalent certification is preferred, emphasis is placed on relevant experience, skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • A minimum of 3 days of travel per week across the UK, this position would be ideal for candidates in southeast England.
