- Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in our agency management system.
- Process policy endorsements and renewals, accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims.
- Generate quotes and facilitate policy issuance.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional insurance products based on client needs.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
