NOTE: Hybrid (3 days in the office)Job Responsibilities/Job Functions:
- Project Coordinator will manage the capital budgets for spare network equipment and tools & test equipment.
- Obtaining quotes from vendors;
- PO request creation;
- Provide updates on the status of orders and follow up on issues; • Project financial forecasting, invoicing, updates, and tracking; • Filing and document management; • Working with complex data in excel tables; • Conducting industry research and analysis; • Any other administrative tasks as required.
- Technical Degree or Diploma is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years experience (previous experience of working in electronics or telecommunications is considered an asset).
- An understanding of project financials and forecasting.
- Possess excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
- Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
- Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
- Polished "follow up" and information gathering skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required.
