Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Company: Manufacturing
Location: West Montreal
Shift: Day
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000We are seeking a competent and experienced leader to supervise our maintenance team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operations by ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the building and equipment, as well as managing resources and resolving technical issues.Advantages

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities;
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs;
Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns and technical issues;
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards;
Manage maintenance budgets and resources.Qualifications
College diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field would be an asset;
Relevant experience in an industrial maintenance role;
Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset.Summary
