We're always looking for curious, talented, and passionate people to join our team.Who'll You Be Joining:The Growth Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic performance media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will oversee all aspects of performance media advertising across various digital platforms, ensuring effective targeting, optimization, and performance measurement to drive high sales volume at low CPAs. Working closely with the rest of the team as well as the Retail and Dotcom Sales teams, you will bring a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and objectives simultaneously.How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Own the performance media strategy across multiple platforms, including search, retail media, programmatic, and social.
  • Manage the affiliate program to drive maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams, external agencies, vendors, and platforms to ideate, plan, and bring to market campaigns and tactics that drive revenue growth on our digital storefronts.
  • Develop and implement performance media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Bias for action and rapid learning through agile testing (ex. A/B tests), that provide rich insights and identify future opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide clear and concise reports on KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Deeply understand the ecobee customer, our business, and the broader market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field, with a solid track record of leading efficient and impactful performance media campaigns.
  • Experience on media platforms like Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude, or equivalent.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. You know how to breakdown the complex and nuanced topics of Digital Marketing into a way that anyone can understand.
  • You're comfortable leading cross-functional teams, and rallying folks together to brainstorm, align on plans, and manage projects through to execution.
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO strategies.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns with $10M+ annual budgets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and advertising platforms.
  • Experience with budget management and campaign performance tracking.

  • Round 1: A 30-minute phone/video call with someone from Talent Acquisition
  • Round 2: A 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of the team - expect technical, behavioural, and personality questions.
  • Final Round: The final 1-hour, in-person interview will have the following components:
  • Present a past campaign: Prepare a short presentation (maximum 5 slides) that details a past campaign of yours that you're proud of. What was the business need? How did you define success? What were the highlights/lowlights/next steps
  • Answer situational questions: The questions asked during this interview will present you with certain situations and you'll need to explain how you would approach them.
