Our Client - an international and world renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Controller to join the team in the Vancouver Head Office. This position reports directly to the CFO and will have two direct reports.An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Full Cycle Accounting Experience, CPA designation and experience with multi company/multi subsidiary environmentLocation: Vancouver, BCAdvantages

As the Controller in Vancouver, you will be responsible for:- Reviewing all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions for all companies and monitoring purchasing activities,, control cash disbursements and monitor Accounts Payable performance.
- Reviewing GL including: Inter-company transactions and eliminations, subledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, recurring entries, foreign exchange revaluations, investment income reconciliations
- Production of relevant and timely financial information to the Management which requires keeping abreast of stakeholders' information requirements.
- Responsible for organizing and compiling annual budget dataQualifications
As the Controller in Vancouver, you will bring to the table:- 5+ years of Full Cycle computerized accounting experience in a multi company/multi subsidiary environment
- Extensive experience supervising Senior Accountants
-Accounting Designation is required: CPA (CA, CMA or CGA) designation.
- Experience in an enterprise-level ERP System.Summary
