We want only the happiest clients and we have been successfully managing this-check out our 5 star Google Reviews to hear what our clients are saying about us...Yes, we are very proud of this!What you will be doing:Answering customers inquiries on how we operate, who we are and how we can help them gain an approval for an auto loanAnswer any questions about their application process/customer's current application, process new incoming applicationsConfirming details on a customer's applications Collect and enter missing data into application formsCarefully analyzing a customer's credit reportRequesting and reviewing supplementary documents to assess a customer's eligibility for automotive financingActively working to expedite the loan approval process by verifying relevant documents in a timely mannerContacting lending partners to discuss declined deals and finding solutions for gaining approvalNegotiate the best terms and rates for our clients by working closely with our lender partnersEnsuring all administrative tasks related to the loan approval process are completed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracyOrganizes work information to ensure accuracy and completenessConstantly provides updates to client on status of applicationCollaborating with the Finance Director to ensure that customers can get the best rates and quickest approvalsIdentifies customer needs and initiates solutions on vehicle options.Provide customer with two vehicle options that best fit their needs and the requirements set out by the approval we have for themOffers advice and navigation on credit and vehicle choice and Explaining pricing and payment plansReviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address any concerns or issuesReport to Finance Director on status of applicationsLooks for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall customer experience.Qualifications:Must possess Grit, Poise, Confidence, and PassionAmazing customer service skills resulting in client feeling that they are in the right handsConfidence in addressing and overcoming objections.
