This role is accountable for managing Treasury Payment Services Product Policies, Procedures and Forms including customer agreements and required disclosures. The role is responsible for updating, publishing and maintaining product policies, procedures and forms working with TPS Product Managers, Corporate Policies and Procedures team (Corporate P&P) and business, operations, risk and compliance partners across the Enterprise where required.
- Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of products, processes and regulation through a briefing that can be evaluated and then documented in a clear and easy to understand policy, process, standard, or manual.
- Analyze requirements to understand content, assess impacts on all TPS and bank existing P&Ps and on other TPS initiatives, ensuring engagement of any additional stakeholders as necessary.
- Develop clear and concise P&P documentation, operational procedures and communications to provide TPS-wide and bank users with effective information that increases their knowledge of TPS products, services and processes; assists them in providing a high level of customer service ensuring legal and legislative requirements are met.
- Champion our vision by ensuring policies, procedures and forms reflect a great customer and employee experience; are written in a clear and concise way. Coordinate change management including regulatory requirements and disclosures working with TPS and bank partners.
- Support TPS Product Managers and partners on what is required to ensure that all P&P and communications requests are addressed with an effective and efficient information development process, improving the speed with which all change requirements are completed.

- Lead TPS P&P reviews, change management and maintenance process with Product owners, Client Service & Implementation, Risk & Compliance and bank partners.
- Provide ongoing consultation to TPS Product teams and coordination of documentation requirements/changes with impacted stakeholders and subject matter experts, e.g. Legal and Anti-Money Laundering.
- Plan and organize annual and off-cycle reviews, placement of content.
- Determine and manage cross impacts/change with other TPS P&Ps, process documentation and forms, particularly Client Service & Implementation.
- Establish feasibility and deliver on requested timeline for publication.
- Translate TPS product, process and complex information into high quality P&P documentation and communications that are clear, concise and targeted to the appropriate audience in anticipation of their information needs and delivered in a timely fashion.
- Develop and implement P&Ps, Circulars and TPS Operating Procedures in line with agreed upon commitments and timelines while not compromising the bank's standards for publication and approvals.
- Provide input to improvement and simplification of process documentation that includes using technology to innovate, create user friendly easy access tools, forms, etc. that optimize efficiency.
- Facilitate the approval and sign-off processes with Corporate P&P, TPS Product/Risk & Compliance and other relevant line of business and operational partners.
- Manage communication of changes collaborating with all parties to solve issues and provide solutions to support execution.
- Identify existing and potential risks; provide guidance and support in developing controls and processes to manage and mitigate risks; escalate probable issues of materiality for timely resolution.
- Understand TPS policies & procedures and external regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring for adherence with TPS and Bank Risk & Compliance teams.
A. Knowledge:
- Business degree or equivalent. A degree or post-graduate diploma in communications, journalism, English, or related discipline is recommended.
- 5+ years' experience distilling technical and complex information into easy-to-understand policies and procedures.
- Strong business and documentation fundamentals including understanding process design and efficiency.
