You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll be at the forefront of enhancing operational excellence as the Process Improvement Manager in the Quality & Continuous Improvement department. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Central D&IS teams, Process Owners, and Business Subject Matter Experts), drive and implement the NAM Signaling & Infrastructure Process Improvement roadmap, and much more.We'll look to you for:Driving the CMMI roadmap for NAM S&I scope,Organizing, leading, and executing process reviews with business subject matter experts,Managing and supporting process improvement & compliance actions based on CMMI requirements,Coordinating and developing the community of NAM S&I Process correspondents through workshops,Continuously updating the Process & Tools roadmap in line with business prioritiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
