  • Serve as a remote point of contact for insurance customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online presentations.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims processing, and billing questions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance licensure or relevant certifications are required, OR must be willing to obtain one
