We strive to exceed expectations and support our patients to change their lives for the better.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?RHS Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Branch Care Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. The Branch Care Coordinator provides front facing customer support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics.Provides friendly and helpful support to customers by providing general information, and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members.Provides information and educational material to prospective clients.Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch.Creates walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostic and adds them to the electronic scheduling system including follow-up appointments for the branch.Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.Maintains client confidence, privacy and protects company operations by keeping information confidential.Works within a team to achieve optimal customer support. Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.Protects clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies, protocols including cleaning and disinfecting equipmentContributes to a safe work environment by adherence to safety rules while working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner.
