- Operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a reach truck or other equipment as required.
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on reach trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating reach trucks and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years experience as a reach truck forklift operator in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Valid reach truck forklift certification/license.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid Canadian work permit. We DO NOT provide LMIA or do sponsorships.
