Job Description:Job Purpose;Analyse business process flow and map to system function, test, implement and support the Zodiac Terminal operating system.Key Accountabilities:
  • Work closely with project manager, IT personnel and key users' group of business unit during the implementation and communicate project status with project manager
  • Conduct gap analysis with understanding of Zodiac product features and current process of the terminal with the guidance of project manager. Suggest future process flow with customization scope required on the Zodiac product. Write requirement confirmation document for user approval.
  • Execute project implementation activities such as Infrastructure setup with local I.T., user acceptance test (UAT), key user training, conference room pilot, parallel run, go-live and post go-live support with the guidance of project manager.
  • Write business requirement specification, user acceptance test cases and user manuals to support the system development life cycle.
  • Make sure the customization of the product done as per documented in the requirement confirmation. Ensure the integrity of system and quality of the product by working closely with QA function of Zodiac team
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience working in the container terminal domain as in the role of terminal operating system implementation, user training and support
  • Experience TOS implementation projects of any commercial TOS product such as NAVIS N4, Cyberlogitec OPUS, or Jade.
  • Experience working with distributed delivery teams, consisting of on and off-shore resources
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Experience Container or General Cargo terminal operation is plus.
