Human Resources Management:Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with the Administrative Coordinator;Coach supervisors and support their professional development;
Assess the performance of supervisors and support them in achieving their objectives.Training Programme:Design and structure innovative training programs;Provide training on customer experience, ride operations, point of sale systems, etc.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards;Financial/Administrative Management:Effectively manage point of sale, payment and locker rental systems;Verify collection reports and improve processes;Validate schedules and approve pay.Customer Service:Provide exceptional service and mentor our employeesWork with staff to ensure quality service;Effectively resolve customer complaints, either in person or in writing, with tact and diplomacy.Daily Operations:Ensure the preparation and cleanliness of the park to welcome customers;Participate in daily employee information and distribution meetings;Resolve operational issues and propose improvements;Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to increase productivity and operational efficiency;Be able to perform all supervisory duties;Any other related duties.A UNITED TEAMAssist the various departments of the Galeries de la Capitale at certain times of the year, which is one of the dominant values of the company “One team”.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience managing a supervisory team, or equivalent;Training in business management, hotel/restaurant management or event management;Experience in training program design;Ability to mobilize, motivate and lead your team towards a common goal;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;Advanced knowledge of the Office suite;Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;Good judgment, decision making and resourcefulness.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:Be rigorous in meeting industry safety standardsSuccessfully complete International Ride Operator Certification (IROC) training and maintain accreditation.Successfully complete IROC (Instructor) trainingHave availability for evenings and weekends (Thursday and Friday evening 13:00 - 21:30 and Saturday and Sunday 8:30-17:30).If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and be part of an exceptional team, apply today to join the Mega Park adventure!Our story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
