Process payroll
Administer annual job training evaluations for hourly team members, coordinating with Area Leaders and updating the training matrix accordingly
Maintain personnel records for hourly personnel in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Assist with recruitment and/or onboarding - prepare new hire packages, etc.
Assist with daily 5S Audits
Assist with weekly headcount data
Assist with Health and Safety tasks, including typing monthly meeting minutes
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Qualifications:Graduate of Human Resources Management Program
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or related field an asset
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first
