- Support stakeholders to maintain data integrity and overall maintenance of EPBCS tool.
- Collect, document, and verify business requirements and functional specifications.
- Map business requirements to functional requirements.
- Identify gaps in the tools functionality and recommend effective solutions and designs in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Design any customizations to the rules/forms where there is a gap in the tool functionality.
- Interface between IT support group, Oracle and CDS team
- Support continual EPBCS improvement measures with technical review and recommendations.
- Troubleshooting the tool to identify root cause of any ad-hoc issues and providing timely solutions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with ERP Support team and assist them for any production issues in GL.
- Standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular work week from Monday to Friday, though off regular hours work may be required.
- Some on call required as necessary
- Work from home to be discussed with the incumbent
- Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner or Business Consultant on Oracle Fusion EPM
- In depth knowledge of EPBCS Cloud, EPBCS/Hyperion Planning/Base, EPM – Planning & Budgeting
- Knowledge on Oracle ERP GL is an asset
- Business focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral/written instructions.
- Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications and Experience in the construction material delivery industry is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree in information technology, or business-related discipline is an asset.
