Our client, a large and reputable construction product distribution company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their finance team!

Your profile?
- College diploma in administration paired with relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism oral and written to communicate with clients outside of Canada and the United States
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Your role:
- Creation and updating of an Excel list of cellphones assigned to representatives
- Processing requests for changes or repairs
- Handling requests for insurance certificates
- Verification of compliance with standards
- Submission of requests to the insurer
- Management of drivers' gas cards
- Preparation of currency reports
