- Responsible for managing sales of all Consumer Goods products within portfolio.
- Develops sales strategies for new accounts to increase market share in the Consumer Goods industry.
- Identifies key customers and collaborates with internal teams (Plant, Marketing, R&D, and Sales) to determine the most suitable value proposition for different customer segments.
- Organizes face-to-face meetings and conducts sales presentations to introduce our client and its product portfolio, highlighting product differentiation.
- Monitors market conditions and competitor activity in designated territory to support business planning.
- Takes ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual results for the overall account or growth territory.
- Understands customer business strategies, purchasing behaviors, and organizational structures, including regulatory requirements, threats, economic trends, and competition.
- Collaborates with the plant team to follow up on quotes and identify value creation opportunities.
- Participates in new business and product launch meetings with operations, coordinating with department managers in production planning, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Stays updated on new products, specifically in the packaging industry, and maintains a comprehensive understanding of company products, capabilities, and industry trends.
- A minimum of 5 years in the plastic injection molding and solutions industry
- A minimum of 8 years solid Business Development experience
- The discussed salary range is $125,000 â $170,000 per annum depending on experience
