Responsibilities:As the Office Manager/Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.Your responsibilities will include:- Managing executive travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
- Overseeing office space layout and maintenance.
- Enhancing office efficiency and professionalism through proactive initiatives.
- Welcoming and assisting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assisting with governance, contract management, and compliance tasks.
- Supporting finance and legal advisors with corporate registrations and filings.
- Managing document distribution and storage to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Recording meeting minutes and updating Salesforce with relevant information.
- Assisting with investor events and the creation of presentation materials.Qualifications:- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience supporting senior finance professionals in a regulatory and compliance capacity is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with small company environments is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Salesforce and expense reporting software is advantageous.
