- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, experiential marketing activations, and corporate events.
- Develop event strategies and concepts that align with marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual equipment, signage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall marketing strategies.
- Liaise with external partners, sponsors, vendors, and agencies to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional opportunities for events.
- Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, registration, guest management, presentations, and breakdown.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management to continuously enhance event experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in event management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and excellence in execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management concepts.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, as required by event schedules and business needs.
- Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
- Candidate may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
- Candidate may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment during normal workday.
- Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
