Description
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating our sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate on strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, prioritizing customer service and safety.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintain store presentation standards to elevate the customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective management practices.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience preferred, ideally in a similar industry and ideally a specialty retail setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of kitchenware and cutlery products desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems beneficial.
