- Support the Store Manager in motivating our sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate on strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, prioritizing customer service and safety.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain store presentation standards to elevate the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective management practices.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Previous retail management experience preferred, ideally in a similar industry and ideally a specialty retail setting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of kitchenware and cutlery products desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems beneficial.
