Security Project Manager

- Be capable of developing the design and project management of Security systems with senior staff's support.
- Conduct site survey for existing conditions when required.
- Work and collaborate with design team, clients, users, construction team, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Attending site meetings during construction with senior staff member's support.
- Prepare meeting minutes or site inspection reports.
- Contribute to all aspects of creating standards and system level designs.
- Assist with other general tasks when needed.
- Develop system design knowledge for various systems.
- Interpret and compose technical specifications documents.
- QA/QC documents and attention to detail and accuracy.
- College or University Education required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
- 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following systems:
- Communications Systems
- Electronic Safety and Security
- Healthcare Systems
- Smart Buildings
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: Lenel S2, Software House, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon & Axis.
- Knowledge and understanding of network architecture, with the ability to integrate Access Control, CCTV and other building systems.
- Bluebeam experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) products.
- Knowledge and experience with ASIS, BISCI, ANSI/TIA, and CSA standards are required.
- P.Eng, RCDD, PMP, EIT, CISSP, PSP, CPP designations are considered an asset.
- Industry Certifications encouraged.
