- Provide strategic guidance and insights on organizational change, encompassing restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Work with key stakeholders to address personnel challenges, collaborating closely with both management and team members to cultivate positive work relationships, bolster morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of policies to managers and employees, facilitating efficient implementation while offering valuable coaching and support.
- Offer targeted coaching and feedback to key stakeholders to optimize business efficiency and foster the development of high-performing teams.
- Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives and programs aimed at driving employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with People Operations to provide expertise and develop solutions that support the execution of business strategies.
- Proactively seek innovative solutions to streamline workflows, establish best practices, and elevate HR service delivery.
- Employ rigorous inquiry and challenge to address underlying people and business issues effectively.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, escalating complex HR matters as needed.
- Promote a dynamic work environment that fosters motivation and inspiration.
- 6+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- HR analytics with the ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs to drive business results.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and current QC employment regulations.
- Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-change environment; preferably Manufacturing and/or high-tech industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities approaching problems with flexibility and bias for action.
- Leverages positive influence and persuasive communication to drive initiatives forward.
- A business-oriented mindset - you seek to understand the priorities of the organization and build programs to meet those needs.
