Our client is looking for a highly skilled Data Quality Analyst to join their team. The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team is responsible for the development and implementation of methodologies, practices and processes to transform enterprise data into critical corporate insights to improve strategic, tactical and operational decision-making. They are also key contributors to developing and implementing the enterprise data management program to ensure that the corporation’s data and information assets and lifecycle are accurate, effectively governed, protected and utilized in compliance with requisite legislations, policies and standards. Our client is seeking contracting services for a Data Quality Analyst to support the data quality initiatives required by the Data Management Program (DMP).What you will be doing:Understand the business requirements and data to determine how the data needs to be corrected.Create data quality rules to identify sources of critical data issues.Create data cleansing scripts to correct identified data issues.Schedule data cleansing scripts to run regularly to correct existing data issues.Create and/or update data quality dashboards to show results of data quality rules and trends of cleansing effort over time.Create unit test/validation scripts.Follow release management best practices.Help identify and implement a data profiling tool.Profile critical data elements and create a plan to correct identified issues.What you must have:Very strong proficiency with SSIS and SQL.Experience in creating automated data cleansing scripts.Experience performing data profiling and analyzing data to assess its quality.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Incorta).Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities.Ability to work within a team environment or independently as needed.Ability to manage your time efficiently and work with little supervision.Ability to manage stress in an environment with high expectations, tight deadlines and changing priorities.Understanding best practices, methods, and standards for business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.Agile methodologies.Team Foundation Server (TFS) – Code ManagementITIL change experience.Experience with Python.Pension administration knowledge.Experience with data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop).For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
