  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a skilled kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Menu Mastery: Ensure the consistent execution of their Neapolitan pizza recipes and other menu offerings, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies efficiently, and minimize waste to optimize cost control.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen delights guests.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, food handling regulations, and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen.
  • Training and Development: Train new kitchen staff, nurture their skills, and provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven culinary expertise and experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Neapolitan pizza-making techniques is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.
  • Food Safety Certification is preferred.
