- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies efficiently, and minimize waste to optimize cost control.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen delights guests.
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, food handling regulations, and cleanliness protocols in the kitchen.
- Training and Development: Train new kitchen staff, nurture their skills, and provide ongoing coaching for continuous improvement.
- Proven culinary expertise and experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of Neapolitan pizza-making techniques is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.
- Food Safety Certification is preferred.
