- Delivering work in compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and employee safety practices, and ensuring operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership, and compliance.
- Collaborating with all stakeholders to design, establish and execute a short & long-term regional strategy for the business in the region.
- Building outstanding strategic customer relationships by seeking and responding to customer feedback promptly and ensuring the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations.
- Promoting the growth of pipeline inspection sales within a defined customer base.
- Understanding current and potential customer needs and requirements for providing safe, timely and accurate pipeline inspection solutions.
- Developing and implement strategies for account, tenders, and strategic deals.
- Maintaining and managing existing business with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Building outstanding strategic customer relationships by seeking and responding to customer feedback promptly and ensuring the overall commercial experience exceeds customer expectations.
- Understanding the segment / market opportunities in region, and use this to lead the development and implementation of long, medium and annual sales planning and forecasting processes.
- Supporting NPI Commercialization, establishing market demands, customer acceptance, pricing, and commercial requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
- Have 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Have Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services Industry. Preferably 3+years in the pipeline industry.
- Have work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build successful relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Have ability to travel up to 20% regionally.
- Be able to conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes compliance and HSE policies.
