- Develop and optimize NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction within chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Explore and implement Generative AI models for various applications, such as text summarization, dialogue generation, and content creation.
- Analyze chatbot conversations and user interactions to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Build and evaluate machine learning models to improve chatbot performance and personalize user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate Conversational AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Conversational AI technologies.
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX) and NLU principles.
- Familiarity with Generative AI models and tools (e.g., Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc).
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
