- Preparing quote estimates
- Maintaining & updating the client database
- Preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
- All aspects of customer service & responding to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects and Wholesalers
- Sales support to the external Account Management Team
- General administration duties
