Preparing quote estimates
Maintaining & updating the client database
Preparing contracts, sales reports & calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
All aspects of customer service & responding to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects and Wholesalers
Sales support to the external Account Management Team
General administration duties

EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTo be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

Proven track record of any Internal Sales, Showroom, Customer Service or Project Coordination/Management type of role from the Lighting Industry is a MUST for this position
Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner with customer service as a key focus
Proficient with CRM systems
High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and team player mentality
