- Operating a fortnightly payroll for temporary contractors
- Operating a monthly payroll for our permanent employees from start to finish
- Cashbook (accounts receivable & payable for 5 offices), bank recs for 5 offices
- Enter supplier invoices into accountancy software (GP) for 5 offices
- Getting approval for all Sydney and Melbourne Supplier invoices and setting up a pay run
- Raising permanent invoices and issuing to clients
- Looking after corporate credit cards, repayments and reconcile employee statements
- Completing supplier vendor forms & PO requests
- Labour hire reporting for QLD & VIC quarterly
- Maintain debt collection for Sydney & Melbourne offices
- Strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of Astute Payroll software
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise work
- Minimum 2 years experience processing payrolls
