- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage incoming phone calls and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Proven skills in managing multiple demands and being able to prioritise them based on importance.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines - take ownership of duties/tasks to ensure completion within required deadlines and to do this in a calm manner.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and the ability to drive improvements in processes and procedures.
- A pleasant and professional demeanor in dealing with everyone.
- A commitment to doing the job well, whatever the job is.
- A positive attitude, a ‘can-do' approach and the want to help others.
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse group of staff, clients and suppliers.
- Hospitality/barista experience (preferable but not essential)
- The ability to forge strong relationships with the teams of each of the companies that sees you gain the trust and support of staff.
