As they enter a new phase of growth, the Finance Manager will support the CFO by managing the day-to-day financial operations and team.About the role:
Reporting directly to the CFO the Finance Manager will be hands-on and primarily responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, driving the budgeting and forecasting process, and supporting strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CFO to devise and execute financial strategies
- Supervise day-to-day operations within the finance department to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Take charge of producing and delivering precise and punctual financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Offer insightful financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making, encompassing financial modelling, profitability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Management of the Finance team whilst fostering a culture of excellence, continual enhancement, and professional advancement.
- Coordinate the annual audit in conjunction with external stakeholders.
- Tertiary education in Commerce, Finance or Business
- CPA or CA qualified
- 3+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager position or similar
- Industry exposure to FMCG or Manufacturing
- Motivated and vibrant personality to align with our business culture.
