- Collaborative working within WSP's multidisciplinary teams, leading and delivering major projects in our secured national project pipeline.
- Carry out environmental acoustics and vibration investigations, including noise and vibration impact assessments, monitoring, site inspections, mitigation and management.
- Building and managing relationships with internal and external clients.
- Completing noise predictions using specialised acoustic models and software and analysing and processing data.
- Preparing technical reports for review.
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff - contributing to the future of our industry

- Demonstrated experience leading multiple medium-sized projects concurrently with ambition to be leading large projects.
- Previous experience applying acoustics legislation, standards and guidelines, and AAS membership (or equivalent).
- Experience delivering best-for-client outcomes to save costs and time or add value.
- Experience in the use of various Acoustics software (SoundPlan, CadnaA or equivalent), proficiency with mapping software (QGIS, AutoCAD or equivalent).
- Experience providing key technical expertise across a range of project types.
