Company Overview:Our client is a leading provider of professional cleaning services, dedicated to delivering exceptional cleanliness solutions. Our client is a highly reputable, fast paced, customer focused organisation seeking self-motivated and high performing team players to join their organisation in the New Year. They are expanding the team and seeking experienced Executive Contract Manager to join the Perth office.Key Responsibilities:As a Executive Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the cleaning services. They are looking for a dynamic professional who can oversee contract performance, manage service delivery teams, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the cleaning industry, exceptional organizational and leadership skills. A very strong financial acumen will be critical to success in this role.
  • Develop comprehensive Operations Plans for all sites and project manage their implementation with Area Managers (AMs).
  • Review fortnightly reports and take ownership of business performance metrics for the allocated portfolio.
  • Demonstrated track record in P&L ownership and management of circa $8-10M.
  • Oversee monthly price increases and manage relationships with all customers in the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify and provide feedback on sales opportunities to the business development team.
  • Collaborate with AMs to prepare and submit quotes, adjusting time in building to maximize margin.
  • Engage in building-specific decision-making, problem-solving, and firefighting.
  • Plan for organizational requirements in advance and directly manage AMs, ensuring a top-performing team at all times.
  • Quality assure HR management by AMs, including sign-off on their structure and key hire/fire decisions.
  • Ensure the agreed Operations Framework is fully implemented and extended across the allocated portfolio.
  • Keep all audits, Operations Plans, and the Site Tracker up to date.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
