Exciting prospects await motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurses who are eager to join the professional team of the Rehabilitation Ward at a private hospital in Port Macquarie. Several permanent full-time and part-time positions are available.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Registered Nurse, you will be:

Delivering evidence-based nursing care;
Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
Ensuring patient and staff safety;
Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

REQUIREMENTSAs the successful applicant, you will possess the following attributes:

Current registration with AHPRA;
Prior experience working in medical/surgical or rehab is desirable;
Demonstrated experience providing high standards of customer service;
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
Excellent time management skills;
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

ABOUT THE FACILITYThe hospital, located in Port Macquarie, is a 72-bed acute Medical/Surgical and Rehab facility with 6 Renal Chairs and a Day Surgery complex.
