We’re here to support you.Community CareSupporting our elders in their homes means you are one–on–one with clients. You could drop in to help with personal care or domestic duties in the morning or evening. Or keep clients connected to their community through activities they love - like walking, gardening, going out for a coffee or lunch, and transporting them to appointments. We are currently looking for team members to join our Bentleigh, Brighton, St Kilda and Phillip Island locations!A typical day includes 2-4 client visits for 1-3 hours Monday to Friday.Why work with us?

able to work independently and as part of a team
able to communicate and build rapport with clients in English (other languages can be helpful too)
Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies (i.e. nursing)
students studying Individual Support or related
a reliable car and valid driver’s license
respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
