There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the international payroll and compliance market leader.As the GTM Enablement Manager of Deel's Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our sales methodology to enhance our sales team's effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to our SaaS offerings and diverse global markets.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies.Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies. Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics.Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team.Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them to apply the methodologies effectively in their sales activities.Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies.Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to achieve the methodology goals.Profile3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and developmentDeep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologiesKeen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting roleExcellent communication, presentation, and training skillsResults-driven and entrepreneurial, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOutstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlinesCan coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholdersCan work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problemOutstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate themTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
