- Responsible for the billing of International SOS and IHMS monthly fees and pass through.
- Managing the billing for complex client contracts, issuing of invoices as per requirements
- Communicating with clients and managing internal and external expectations
- Communicating with internal operations managers and improve billing processes
- Resolving billing disputes, working closely with the credit controller to assist with collections
- Work with spreadsheets and high volume of paper work requiring manual checking, sorting and scanning. The completion of the billing is contractually bound to strict deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure all required approvals are obtained for billing purposes.
- Respond to client queries and requests.
- Regular communication with billings manager to ensure updated procedures are followed and any issues are brought to light.
- Account allocation of billing transactions.
- Minimum tertiary Certificate in Finance/Accounting or similar
- Previously worked in a finance role with billing experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail
