Job Description:As a Salesforce Administrator at LINK - Corporate Markets, you'll play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You'll gather requirements and feedback, design best practice solutions, and ensure user satisfaction remains a top priority. If you're comfortable liaising with users, enjoy learning new business processes, and have a strong understanding of Salesforce, we want you on our team!Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
  • Take charge of user and license management, ensuring every user has what they need.
  • Dive into Salesforce configurations, from flows to page layouts, dashboards, and reports.
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Train users and create training materials to empower our team.
  • Leverage your Salesforce knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud.
  • Bring fresh ideas and best practice solutions to the table, driving platform enhancements and user satisfaction.
Experience & Personal Attributes
  • Hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud (Required)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud (Desired)
  • Preferably certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proactive attitude towards platform enhancements
  • Desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  • Enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community
