Ayan Infotech has an exciting initial 6-month contract opportunity for a Data Platform Security Lead (Azure) in Sydney, CBD.Australian citizens can only be considered for this role. It would be ideal if the contractor had a Baseline security clearance.The Security SME role is to take accountability and responsibility for the security component of the architecture document, author the System Security Plan, and assist in securing IRAP certification for the new AZURE platform that will be built as part of a program.The security SME will produce System Security Plans, review security for a Cloud Data Platform (Azure), ensure compliance with the Government Information Security Manual, and work with the Government client to support their IRAP certification process.Responsibilities will include:

Reviewing any existing key artefacts that client currently has, such as Asset Definition, Security Risk Artefacts and System Security Plans for any related extant system.
Identifying the handovers between the Central Team, which provides the Governance, Compliance, incumbent guardrails and security standards, and the Project Team, who's primary focus is the whole lifecycle delivering, commissioning, and maintaining the services that comprise the Data Platform.
Agreement of which benchmarks will be used in executing the security baseline and for generating a Cloud Security Posture Management score.
Review and alignment with the regulatory requirements and security standards and any gaps or issues are identified early and improved on a continual basis.
Creation of system security plan and identification of applicable controls that would be input to IRAP accessor.
