Your ImpactAre you ready to take charge of some of the most dynamic cider brands in Australia? As the Senior Brand Manager for Cider, you'll be at the helm of category leader Somersby and trendsetter Mercury Hard Cider. Somersby will be your primary focus, a global sensation owned by Carlsberg that you'll have the opportunity to bring to life in Australia.In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with Carlsberg to ensure the brand positioning resonates with local audiences. Your challenge is to create communication and activation strategies that reflect global standards while meeting the unique demands of the Australian market. You'll work closely with top agencies to deliver campaigns that captivate consumers and drive growth.Stakeholder engagement is at the heart of this role. You'll engage with senior leaders at Carlsberg to foster partnerships that benefit everyone-Brand Principal, CUB, and our customers.This is your chance to lead iconic brands, work with global partners, and make a lasting impact on the Australian cider market.Key Accountabilities:

Bring to life locally brand positioning, communications, VBI, price and architecture to unlock future growth
Ensure clarity of the brands portfolio role and growth expectations within the business
Lead the effective management of the brand through the course of the year, adjusting the brand(s) and activities in line with contextual changes
Bring the brand's creative platform to life with a sound connections strategy and plan
Grow brand power and other key brand health metrics
Lead commercial projects, developing objectives, scope, stakeholder analysis/influence, build the project teams and lead/manage the program of works to achieve project objectives.
Actively manage the brands performance vs budget expectations, working with state and vertical teams on performance plans
Coach and mentor a group of agile ABM and BMs assigned to work on Cider initiatives

About you

Substantial experience in the FMCG sector
Emerging experience in defining effective research and agency briefs and management
Exposure to brand positioning and core creative development processes
Solid experience in leading cross functional teams on individual project basis
Proven experience with budget management, P&L understanding and analysis
Solid understanding of market, consumer and shopper trends and influence on brand activation
