About the OpportunityReporting the the Operations Lead, the Operations Manager will think big about the future of FinTech (Crypto, Blockchain, etc.) and how you can bring significant impact to the organisation in terms of operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Manager is mainly responsible for identifying areas of improvement within the organisation and developing systematic approaches to streamline processes and enhance productivity while maintaining strong controls.At your core, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and are able to adapt and adjust plans on the fly. You must also have strong prioritisation skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.What You'll be Doing3rd Party Vendor Relationship Management: This involves overseeing vendor relationships, including monitoring and reporting, issue escalation, and conducting necessary analytics to ensure smooth operations.Intragroup Outsourcing Monitoring: You'll periodically monitor intra-group outsourcing activities and related Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency.Operational Process Development: Collaborate with various departments, locally and globally, to develop operational processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Process Re-engineering Initiatives: Drive and lead initiatives to re-engineer processes, policies, and procedures, both internally and externally, to enhance execution efficiency across business operations.Product Testing and Competitor Analysis: Get involved in product testing activities and conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.Ad Hoc Operational Tasks: Take on short-term operational tasks independently while managing ongoing projects effectively.Management Information and Reporting: Generate ad hoc management information and reports to provide transparency into operational performance.Promoting Business Vision and Direction: Support strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and share insights from prior experiences to promote the overall vision and direction of the business.What we look for in YouBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3-4 years' of experience, ideally in a matrixed organisation with diverse stakeholders and priorities.Experience in consulting, program management, and stakeholder engagement roles.Proven experience in working with vendors, third parties, and managing SLAs.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles at various organisational levels.Has natural curiosity, desire to make an impact, and willingness to learn and grow professionally.An interest in the broader cryptocurrency industry would be advantageous.OKX is an equal employment opportunity employer, and encourages all people from all diverse backgrounds to apply.
