We offer competitive salary of $74,000 + super for the Night Manager role.Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the efficient running of the Front Office department during the overnight shift (11pm - 7am).Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our guests and the property
Undertake daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, including the checking and preparation of reports, audits and collating necessary paperwork
Decision making relating to any operational or reporting issues
Support the Front Office team through effective communicationAbout YouThe ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel environment
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Valid (or willing to obtain) First Aid Certification and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
