As a retail manager, your daily duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor safety, security and profitability
- Prepare and publish weekly roster for crew proficiency and availability.
- Ensure roster meets labour target. Monitor and amend throughout the week in order to achieve business targets.
- Completing mid-month and after month stock count on month end to monitor and make action plan for profit and loss of each month.
- Completing weekly order and preparing and planning for product promotions.
