- Ability to drive Strategy for building a Digital Sales team – providing leadership to your team and ability to be a hands on coach and sales lead when and where needed to create one team culture and meet objectives and quota for the team
- Establish a Digital Sales team with plan to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve performance for team quota and individuals in your team
- Operational Sales Management : Manage all weekly and monthly activity to drive and execute plan to meet quota and business objectives
- Be a Leader with our Customers – We need to engage and understand our customers and support our sales teams in driving results
- Align team activities with Marketing and Sales priorities. Participate in developing Marketing and Sales campaigns to achieve pipeline and goals
- Align and Manage territory coverage and internal and external Stakeholders across territories
- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of incentive compensation programs.
- Maintain current knowledge on ServiceNow's offerings
- Keep informed on competitive services,/ landscape promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Use resources and perform research to determine sales patterns and strategies
- Travel for Partners and Customers when required
- Experience and demonstrated success in building inside sales teams and driving performance and Culture of fun and collaboration
- Leadership skills and Ability to collaboration and team with stakeholders
- Operational acumen and understanding of Inside sales models and volume sales execution
- 3-5 years minimum experience leading a teams – Inside Sales and Enterprise Software Companies
- 5 years of success as an individual contributor in sales
- A firm understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS offerings, and software subscription business models
- Ability to work with our Channel Partners and support scale and growth
